Design and
application features
The XMC series combines an acoustic enclosure with a V-shaped cutting arrangement for central recovery. Rotor and stationary knives can be preset outside the machine using an adjustment fixture. Conveyors, dust separation and metal detection can be discussed for the project.
External knife setting
Preset rotor and stationary knives on a fixture, then install and check clearances as specified.
V-shaped cutting
The knife arrangement guides material towards the rotor centre and works with the selected screen.
Auxiliary equipment
Discuss conveying, dust separation and metal detection to connect the surrounding process stages.
