Design and
application features
The XMP series granulates plastic pipes and profiles using a near-horizontal hopper, V-shaped cutting and outboard rotor bearings. Rotor and feed-opening dimensions vary by model. Select around material section, length, wall thickness and installation requirements.
Rotor and feed arrangement
The rotor geometry works with the pipe or profile feed. Follow the specified feeding method.
Outboard bearings
Rotor bearings are located outside the chamber for scheduled inspection and maintenance.
V-shaped cutting
Match knives and the screen to the target output, then verify with representative material.
