Design and
application features
The XMK series combines a staggered claw-knife rotor, steel body and SKD11 knives for selected moulding scrap and plastic parts. Rotor knives allow adjustment and resharpening. Confirm cooling and electrical arrangements for the chosen model.
Knife adjustment
Rotor knives can be adjusted and resharpened. Recheck clearances and fasteners after maintenance.
Cooling arrangement
Discuss water circulation for the model in relation to operating temperature and material needs.
Drive maintenance
An externally mounted motor uses slotted mounts for belt-tension adjustment as specified.
