Design and
application features
The XMG300 series uses a V-shaped staggered rotor to granulate plastic bottles and other hollow blow-moulded parts. Selection should account for volume, wall thickness and feeding method, together with the required discharge arrangement.
Progressive engagement
The rotor layout allows knives to engage progressively and distribute the cutting load.
Hollow-part recovery
Suitable for selected bottles and blow-moulding trim; confirm feed size and wall thickness for the model.
Process connections
Coordinate collection, a conveying blower and recovery connections with the line layout.
