Separate enterprise recognition from machine performance
Recognition of an enterprise is not a performance certificate for an individual granulator. Verify the model, project objectives and site results using the relevant documents.
Use operating records
Our suggestion is to record material category, feeding, throughput, cleaning stops and cutter or screen maintenance. Include the operating conditions when comparing equipment.
Start a retrofit with a specific issue
Identify the feeding, cutting, conveying or collection issue before reviewing interfaces, controls and maintenance access. Site evidence makes the discussion more useful.
